Oats and Egg Omelets.

 It is really tasty and healthy.Once you start eating and add in your Breakfast then you will add protein in your breakfast. And you know better that protein is good for health and we should take more than 40 grams protein in a day.A healthy person should eat 7 eggs in a week. 




INGREDIENT

Egg- 2
Oats-1 1/2 tb spoon
onion-  1 medium
tomatoes-1 medium
capsicum- half big capsicum
green chilly- 1 according to your choices
carrot- 1 spoon grated
haldi- 1 pinch
salt- according to taste
coriander leaves- not compulsory


HOW TO COOK.

First soak the oats in water for 10 minutes and cut the all the vegetable at the same time. after that break the egg in a bowl then mix the all vegetables ,onion ,tomato,oats,salt,haldi everything together.Then heat the flattered pan and ,use any oil whatever you like.Pour the batter on the pan and make like chila .
If it is done well from both side,then take it out on a plate. serve with sauce,dhaniya chutney and curd.
